Digitizing

Part of our process for custom embroidery in Jacksonville, FL involves digitizing designs for machine embroidery. We excel at custom work, and our digitizing is 100% using individual skill and not automatic programming. We are able to offer most logos within a 24 hours turnaround time.

All digitizing is guaranteed to your satisfaction, and you own the digitized design or file once it is completed.

Steaming

We carefully inspect all finished items, and all contract embroidery orders are steamed to eliminate hopping marks around the logo. Once steaming is done, we individually fold the item with un-bagging or re-bagging upon the customer’s request (for an additional charge).

Shipping

All finished items are carefully examined before shipping. We ship orders directly to you or your customer via UPS, FedEx or USPS using your company’s name and account. We can also facilitate use of a 3rd party’s account if necessary.

If our account is used for shipping of custom embroidery in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama, there will be an adjustment for freight later. You can also drop ship items to us.

All packages must be insured for damaged, stolen or lost items when they are delivered by transportation companies. Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for any accident caused during shipping.
